How is November over already…it’s scary how quick the months go by! Take a read of what we’ve been up to this month...

Amor Manager & new team member

We started the month off with a celebration of our staff member Charlotte who has been promoted to Manager! Many of you will know Charlotte as she has been an important part of Amor for 18 months working as our customer service advisor and she has always been a huge support to the brand. She has now stepped away from customer services & has joined our management team, she now looks after the logistics team, helps Lucy with all admin jobs & onboards all new retailers! Charlotte stepping into a new role meant that we had a customer service role to fill.. we welcomed Phillipa to the team as our new Customer Service Advisor. Phillipa has fit in so well with the rest of the team and smashed her first month in her role! She has a customer service background & we have received amazing feedback from our customers. We are looking forward to seeing how they both progress within their new roles!

Of course it wouldn't be a month at Amor without any new products! This month we saw the launch of our gift vouchers, just in time for gifting season! Along with our brand new PRO remover. If that wasn't enough newness, we also introduced you to our new and improved budget boxes. We have created a full range of lashes for anyone's budget - no one can ever say our lashes are too expensive again! We have released 4 exclusive styles as a cheaper alternative to the rest of our luxury QuickLash collection. They are made from a slightly different material BUT still great quality and of course they are featured on well known super fine band so that the lashes are su

itable for under lash application. Each box includes 50 clusters in 5 different lengths ranging from 8-16mm! Christmas, Daily & Glam Collection

Christmas is absolutely in full swing, with lots of you stocking up on our Christmas QuickLash range and advent calendars. We also released our Christmas mystery bundles which you all absolutely loved. Inside, included two brand new, and limited edition products: the daily or glam collection, and our very own hair clips! Which I can now officially say, that due to popular demand we have now launched these separately! The daily collection contains 3 fluffy pre-mapped styles that can be worn from day to night, and if you love full glam styles - the glam collection is definitely off you! The most glam styles we have probably ever released so if you are a serial stacker you NEED to try these!

Two words - Black Friday.

Where do we start with Black Friday. Just an absolutely crazy week! We hit record sales, shipped nearly 2500 orders in 2 days and completed 7 hours on TikTok LIVE!

Black Friday for us is a chance to give back to our customers as a thank you for your support over the year. This year, we offered a huge 30% off everything! And, as expected you went crazy for it. It was complete madness in the office but we all absolutely love the buzz. We hosted a TikTok LIVE for a full 4 hours and TikTok orders also went absolutely mental - we couldn’t even believe the dicounts you were getting with the TikTok vouchers along with our offer. We were also super pleased to find out that we were the highest earning brand in the beauty category, in our 2 hour Black Friday warm up live! Although we knew we were offering a great deal, there is always a slight worry of it being a flop and not getting the turn out we had hoped for. However once again, our customers proved us wrong and blew us away with all of your orders and support, so once again - thank you so much to everyone who took part.
